Before we proceed, this is packing of boxes and furniture into moving containers and moving trucks eg Uhaul, Penske, Budget, Ryder trucks. It is not PACKING of dishes, clothes etc into boxes. This is the packing that comes after the boxes are already sealed and ready for moving. Packing of Pods, rental moving trucks, abf trailers and containers/cubes is basically when we load or unload your belongings into these containers. Many moving companies offer professional packers who pack pods or unpack them. However none charge you our rates and give low low minimums like we do. Our packers work in groups of 2,3 or 4 strong men. We loaded many houses into pods with amazing quickness and professionalism. Packing

Our packing service is comprised of packers, hand trucks, dollies, power tools, shrink wrap and furniture pads if required. The weight in the pods, containers and trucks has to be counter-balanced when packing. Only experienced movers know how to do this quick and perfect.

Pods l Upack cubes

We usually assign three men for packing a pod / cube esp if its a house or large apartment. This is due to the fact that the furniture needs to wrapped while the pod is getting packed. Two guys are always bringing the stuff out to the one guy packing the pod outside. Two packers will be overwhelmed if they did it alone.

Unpacking can be done by two guys if quickness is not of the urgency. Otherwise we also assign three men. The time for unpacking is shorter than packing, always.

Packing rental moving trucks / containers

Most rental moving truck companies offer packers to load or unpack. These are services appointed to a third party. The rates offered are slightly higher due to the presence of a middleman (the truck rental company). Hence you pay slightly more compared to our packers. Our minimums are low and  the rates are available in the next column.

Driving the truck

If you want us to drive the truck for one-way out of town moves please advise well in advance so we may help for a reasonable fee. The insurance on the truck and cargo is to your account if we drive the truck. However when are packing the containers we are liable for breakages and losses. Our liability is limited to when we are packing ONLY.
