1.Loading and unloading is charged hourly in 30minute cycles. Minimums apply.
2.Our window periods vary between 1-2hours, but in most cases we are on time.We usually call when we experience delays.
3.The clock starts once we get there and end when we complete the job. The onus is on the customer to be ready before we arrive.
4.We charge for shrink wrap if we provide it otherwise the customer may provide it.
5.For customers requiring loading only, our liability lies only when we load. Any mishaps during travel or when someone else unloads is not our responsibility.
6.If we do both loading and unloading same day then our liability is for everything.
7.Please check your belongings during loading and inspect the truck or pod before we leave.
8.Deposits are required for our appointments
9.Deposits made are non refundable.
10.Reservations are confirmed by getting a deposit confirmation number. All successful deposits generate a confirmation number.
11.We give 2hours to make the deposit or extra time by arrangement.
12.The balance on amounts due is promptly required on completion of job
13.Returned, stopped, reversed payments for any reason will attract 5% administration charge of the invoice in addition to the invoice value. Our representatives do make concerted efforts to collect these amounts within the realm of the law.

15.Coupons should be redeemed when making reservation.

1.All conditions applicable under house moving in column 2 [house moving terms-conditions] apply to apartment moving.

6.On full moves, our movers have the privilege to 30mins lunch-break included in the moving time.
7.Customers not allowed to take pictures or videos of our men or truck at anytime except when breakages occur - which can be photographed.
8.Mishaps can be settled by deductions on final moving fee or can settled later after of investigations.
9.Deposits expected for all moves, no deposit no reservation.
